Cookie policy
This page lists the cookies and similar technologies used on www.agiloworks.com, what each one does, how long it lasts and when it runs. It is generated from the same list as our privacy preferences, so the two always match.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time.
Categories
- Strictly necessary (always active) — Needed for the site to work, to keep it secure and to remember your privacy choices. Includes cookieless page-view counts. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics — Helps us understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from (including AI assistants) and which forms they submit, so we can improve the site.
- Experience insights — Heatmaps and session recordings that show where visitors get stuck. Everything typed into forms is masked and never recorded.
- Marketing — Helps us measure LinkedIn campaigns and learn which companies (not which people) visit, so our team can follow up with relevant organizations. Always off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How this works in your region
We apply privacy settings based on your approximate location (country, and US state), worked out by our hosting provider when the page loads and not stored. If we cannot tell where you are, we treat you as being in a region where consent is required. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and runs for every visitor.

In the United States outside California, we show a notice that Google Analytics runs and how to opt out: choose "Reject all" or switch Analytics off in your privacy preferences. Everywhere else, optional categories start switched off and nothing optional runs until you allow it. Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) and marketing tools (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Leadfeeder) run only with your consent in every region.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Marketing tools stay off and cannot be switched on, even if you chose "Accept all" before, and our privacy preferences show "Opt-Out Request Honored". If you have not made a choice yet, no optional tools run by default in any region.

Changing or withdrawing your choices
Open your privacy preferences from Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page. When you switch off a category that was running, we delete that category's first-party cookies and reload the page so its scripts stop. Third-party cookies set on the vendors' own domains can be removed in your browser settings.
We remember your choice in your browser for 6 months, or13 months if you accept everything, and ask again after that or when we change the tools we use.
